In order to expand our customer service in Mexico we are seeking for a service technician at the next possible date.

Your responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the after-sales-service of machines exported by TOX® China to Mexico
• You actively participate in customer communication
• You support the TOX® Mexico team during commissioning, installations, disassembly and reassembly, repairs, claims, as well as maintenance and inspection works at the customer sites 
• You document activities and generate service reports 
• You are responsible for production support at customer sites
• You provide product-specific customer trainings
• You support specification translations (e.g. HMI, SPS, etc.) into the local language
• You are employed at TOX® Pressotechnik China, your main place of work is TOX® Pressotechnik Mexico 

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a technician, have a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, automation technology or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in PLC, HMI, electromechanical drive systems and/or other automation products
• You are customer focused and service minded
• Excellent Chinese language skills (level „native speaker“) are advantageous
• You also have very good Spanish and English knowledge
• An independent and careful way of working, a high degree of commitment and willingness to travel (> 50%) as well as flexibility and reliability complete your profile
