Robot and Machine Tongs

The tongs frame has a console which is mounted to the robot arm (robotic tongs) or a station in the line (machine mount tongs). Tooling, drive, controls and monitoring are defined on your needs.

The TOX®-Handheld Tongs have been designed with the operator in mind. They are robust, durable and provide an excellent handling.

For Clinching operation send us samples of your material and we will prepare a TOX®-Test Report for you. This report contains all the necessary data and guarantees for the tested TOX®-Joint.
Determine pressing forces.
Check parts and fixtures for proper clearance.
Determine stroke.
Select type of drive.
Decide whether a process monitoring system is required.
